This project by Guro Kvifte Nesheim & Floating Sofa Quartet focuses on music from the coastal regions of Scandinavia. Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland are all represented by the members of this band who are each deeply rooted in their respective music traditions.
The music is characterised by a combination of playfulness and respect for tradition. In that spirit, I wanted to strike a balance between fun and dignity in my design.
