These process pictures shows some elaboration on the kind of motifs I exhibited in the paper exhibition. Here, the paper is not embossed, instead I have inked up the linoplates and printed them by hand. I view the first one as a kind of abstract alphabet, and the second one as an elaboration on, first one letter, and then another one. This concept was inspired by a phenomena in beat music where you’ll play one repetitive beat and then suddenly cut to another one.
